Responsibilities include:
  • W2 position, compensation is $19/hour, plus full medical and dental benefits, paid holidays and PTO
  • 40 hours per week, 99% remote, flexibility in work hours is a must
  • Selling inbound leads, creating opportunities for cold calling and relationship building sales
  • Positive, high-energy phone demeanor
  • Love of learning, we will coach you on estimating skills for projects, you need to enjoy the learning process
  • Track record of being able to stay organized and complete daily tasks in a busy work environment
  • Creating an organized work day environment in a way that successfully ties up numerous loose ends and fits the needs of a remote team
  • Maximizing each Handyman’s schedule
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
Required Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Successful sales experience
  • Candidates must be able to quickly learn new software systems and have experience with Microsoft and Google  (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, Drive, etc)
  • Must provide your own computer hardware, at a minimum a computer/laptop with two additional monitors
  • Knowledge of home improvement project costs/estimations is a big plus

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Ace Handyman Services’ work itself is often indoors in temperature-controlled environments, and is primarily of lighter-duty than new construction projects.  There are Franchise Owners and Office Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative side of the business allowing our Craftsmen to focus on the tasks at-hand and provide our customers with professional services that delight our customers.  Our Franchise Owners are successful, business-savvy individuals, who are ethical and treat their Staff like Family. The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
